I have been struggling for about 2 years to get just the right people on my virtual support team.
I wasn’t attracting the world class support with a virtual team that I’m used to having with employees. As a result, I’ve been experiencing fairly high turnover, which costs me precious time and money in training and momentum. When I had a session with Melissa, we found the ‘part’ responsible for this issue, called the Honor Monitor. The Honor Monitor’s job is to make sure that everything is above board, that people are doing what they say they’ll do, and that everyone is behaving in a fair, accountable and responsible manner on all sides of the relationship. When team members do not perform, the Honor Monitor goes on “high alert” to keep me safe and protected.
